Due to the nature of our beauty, skincare, fragrance, and hair-care products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges after purchase, except where required by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at lareinenoireflawless25@yahoo.com with your order number and clear photos if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will review the issue and work to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used beauty and personal-care products cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. Sale items and gift cards are also final sale.

European Union Customers
If applicable law gives you a cancellation or return right, those rights are not affected by this policy.

Approved Refunds
If we approve a refund for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post it.
