Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–7 business days after processing. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders — see the checkout page for current thresholds.
International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times for international orders vary by destination and are estimates only.
Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is based on your location and order size. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier's website.
Delays & Lost Packages LA REINE NOIRE FLAWLESS COSMETICS is not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at lareinenoireflawless25@yahoo.com and we will assist in resolving the issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at lareinenoireflawless25@yahoo.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work to make it right promptly.
